When I first started, I worked out 6 days a week for that first year! I knew I could reach my goals, all I had to do was WORK! For the whole year, my mission was to build my booty, tone my legs and lose my fat stomach! This journey is mental and you get out of it what you put in! You put in half-ass work, you will get half-ass results! My goal as a fitness coach is to motivate, inspire and influence people to live a healthier lifestyle! Fit is sexy!
